The following documents and information are required for filing a copyright application:

1.   A Power of Attorney signed by the applicant(s), which is duly notarized. No legalization is required;

2.   Document verifying that the applicant is the duly owner if the applicant and the creator are not the same;

3.   Three copies of the work to be registered.

1.   Full name, Address and Nationality of the Applicant and Creator.
